Abstract submission guidelines
- Only registered delegates can submit abstracts. Mention your conference registration number when submitting abstract.
- Name of the presenting author should be underlined.
- Abstracts must be submitted in English in the following format : Title , Author , Institution and Text which should include Aims and Objectives, Background , Methodology , Results and Conclusions.
- Abstracts must not be more than 250 words including tables and graphs. Tables , images and graphs must be included in JPG format. Please download the abstract template given and follow the format.
- Abstracts must be typed single space using 9 point size font and must fit inside the designated space.
- Standard abbreviation may be used. Uncommon abbreviations should be put in parentheses preceeded by the full word the first time it appears in the text.
- Any number of abstracts can be submitted. Topics relevant to Family medicine and Primary care are encouraged.
- The presenting author will be notified about the status of the abstract. The presenting author is responsible for informing the other authors about the status of the abstract.
- A brief biography of the presenting author should be submitted with the abstract.
- Last date of submission of abstract is 31st December 2019.
- All abstracts must be submitted to afpicon2020@afpikerala.in.
Abstract evaluation and selection
- The abstract will be evaluated by the scientific committee and the decision of the Conference Chair will be final.
- Acceptance or rejection of the paper will be sent with the reviewer ‘s comments. If the paper is required to be revised, the revised paper is needed to be sent back within three working days.
